The game has been submitted to Steam!
Very excited and hope that it gets approved without any issue.
I don't know how long it will take to hear from Steam. And since my game is adult rated, it might take over a week or so (as it says so in Steam's documentation).
I'll post any update as soon as I get any messages from Steam.

With achievements and trading cards?

There is one achievement for this game but no trading cards unfortunately because my game doesn't qualify for them. I think there's some sales threshold that a game has to cross in order to qualify for the trading cards. I'll look into it in the future but currently, there's none.
Update: The achievement has been removed for the time being due to a technical issue!
